VLCD 7 - Struggling

I am a little discouraged, probably wanted to give up about 3 times this weekend (Friday, Saturday, Sunday). I started having lightheadedness since Thursday. I thought it was cause I skipped my dinner veggie both on Thurs and Fri, but I had double veg, double meat, double melba and double fruit yesterday and I thought it was getting better, but now, I still get lightheaded when I stand up. I don't know what's going on.
Also, having SO MUCH temptation around me this weekend has been torture.

Load Day 2 - 167.2

I was unsure this morning when I weighed myself, I had only gained a few ounces. Maybe I didn't load enough? This fat binging is not for me, i'm having a difficult time, especially since I changed my eating habits last year. I get disgusted with too fatty food. And also, I think it's saturated fats that taste strange to me now, it's unbearable, kind of like celery or cilantro. Its mostly mayo, butter, coconuts, whip cream, etc. I don't know why, but it's part of my tastes that changed when I lost

Begining of my journey

Load Day 1 - 166.6 lbs

So I will be doing this alone. My hubby doesn't need to loose weight, and thinks all of this is too complicated. Here is what I ate for my Load day 1:

4 mini chocolate donuts with 2% milk
Fried pork skins in a green chili sauce
5 oz bag of chocolate covered almonds
2 large sandwiches filled with fried bacon and 1 avocado in ea
Ruffled chips
2 Sugar Cookies
3 Pizza Hut Pepperoni Pizza slices Original crust
