Hey Buddy!!! Well TOM has officallly left the buliding!!! Yea!!!! Im at 229.6!! I finally broke throught those 230's. 229.6 this morning. I know Im not out the water yet but its promising!! How was ur week? I'm on VLCD18 and down 14lbs. I hope you lost atleast 7lbs!! Im hoping to lose 10 this week to fit in the beautiful blouse I brought last year and never wore..lol Happy Weighing and Good Luck!!!
