    I read your post from 2011 on the owl diet. I'm super disappointed as I just purchased it today and pick up my hcg on Monday. Since I can't go back now, any tips?

    Hey there Ruby,

    You lost really slow, right. Have you ever found out why? was it worth it? My last round I lost only 14 lbs in a 40 day round. This round has gone even worse- 1.8 the first week, and 1 lb the 2nd week. I feel like I am just flailing. Any words of advice?
