Happy to still see a loss of .6 pound this morning. I am using boiled egg whites for breakfast with either grapefruit or strawberries, chopped mint and Xylitol. It really tastes like sugar and is crunchy so gives me a sweet fix. Had a crazy day yesterday and had to stay up late. Got hungry again at 10pm so had 2 chopped boiled egg whites on greens with a wonderful commercial HCG approved dressing and some strawberries. So I was over my 850 calorie target to around 965, but hopefully this won't slow
Very happily surprised this morning with a 2.2 pound drop. Must be the trailing effect of the double pump of cream? Will have to see how I do returning to the single pump. Ate 835 calories yesterday and 865 today. Thinking I might actually reach a 20 pound loss in the first round. 2.5 weeks to go.

On the 2nd day of my 2-pumps of cream, I did not feel good at all. Again, I had to eat in the evening, 1200 calories, program food, but I felt better. So today I ate 835 calories, all program food, just more protein and fruits and breadstick. I felt fine and energized. I stayed on program. I still lost by Wed morning and will see how it goes. Had my 3rd Sunday in a row feeling hunger and weakness. So strange that it keeps hitting perfectly on Sundays. So I ate more calories again of allowable foods, until I felt better and could get up and going. Got to over 1000 calories. Then back to 800 range today. I've had life long adrenal issues and I felt something was wrong. I was at my appointment with my physician for my hormone and thyroid issues today and he also runs the HCG diet program in his practice, and I told him what I had done
Very pleased with my loss so far. Had extreme hunger and weakness at end of first week, almost what I would call one of my old adrenal fatigue attacks, and ate 1200 calories before I felt better. Ate on program except I had some butter on my breadsticks. Lowered calories to 1000 the next day, and decided to go to 800-900 to try to feel better. Paid with 2 pound gain over 3 days, then started losing again with around 850 calories per day. I feel much better with this higher caloric level so will
