I was going to go until day 47 but I have felt so weak and dizzy the last few days I thought I better quit earlyish. Stalled for a week! But lost 4lbs in the last 2 days so I am not as upset as I would have been. Stupid tom. I also changed up my calories a bit to take out brussell sprouts and apples and have asparagus, cucumbers, oranges and strawberries instead. I wanted to switch to the lower calorie options so that I could have steak and not worry about it. Also, no diet coke for 5 days now. I am drinking caffeinated coffee, though. I can also start wearing my old fat clothes again comfortably...I am around
Protocol has been really easy except for accidents... I forgot to check for sugar in my garlic salt, starbucks vanilla blonde had sweetener that was probably sugar in the vanilla. went to dallas to visit family and they went to an awesome pizza place with beautiful salads, that was hard. overall, three days out of town and a one pound loss is better than gaining...and tom, so my favorite part of this week has been my measurements...worth it all!

CRAZY!!!!! Now I am going to look back at the last time I did HCG before having a baby. I am going to skip a shot on Sundays on this round, today is my first skip day and it hasn't been bad at all. Even if I was starving, just seeing my measurements boosted my willpower by 500%. Now to prepare for tomorrow...oh, having diet coke on weekends on this round. I had the craziest headache for a few days (caffeine withdrawal) and then I got ENERGY! It is awesome! I feel excited to plan things and be more active. I am doing things other than eat for fun...funny how I was so involved with eating all of the time. Now I have so much free time. I made a chicken pate with Italian seasonings and a splash of lemon juice for dinner and it was great. I can't wait to make it again...I threw in some chopped tomato to make a sort of chicken salad but next time I am
