Thanks. This is good information. I will take your advice. I am probably more hungry out of habit of munching. Not really hungry. But, now that I am on this diet, there seems to be food all around me. Temptations are all around us (smile).

This is the original protocol, the general idea is to cut out all fat, sugar, complex carbs. This diet has been around for over 50 years and seeing as how this community is filled with thousands of people from all over the world who are using it to lose weight... It is proven by the people to work. Every person is different and every body reaccts differently. I can tell you that if you want to follow the original protocol your DR should respect your wishes, and he needs to change your dose. Ask how much he is giving you, you have a right to know. When on the right dose their is NO hunger and I like most people, struggle to consume at least 500 calories a day and find that I am more interested in munching out of habit than out of hunger. I would ask your dr to lower your dose to 125 iu and stop taking the suppressant
