Had beef yesterday - results

by Saria171 on July 8th, 2012 at 10:17 AM
Very hard to tell what the results were because I didn't lose much weight but lost a bit in measurements....uggh why does it have to be so difficult?? lol. I'll probably need to do another test on this. I almost enjoyed the beef broth more than the beef itself, I'm going to have to keep making that. I could always freeze the cooked beef to eat in P3

First time trying beef in P2

by Saria171 on July 7th, 2012 at 02:31 PM
VLCD # 11, .8lb loss this morning.

I can finally fit some of my clothes again! I'm still 12 pounds over what I weighed last year, but I will probably lose that by the end of this round as I have 26 more injections.

Today I decided I would try beef and see what happens. I had 3.5 oz (cooked) eye of round steak. I made some beef broth for french onion soup and shrimp cabbage soup. It was a nice break. I've been eating shrimp, flounder and chicken the last few days.

VLCD # 10 done!

by Saria171 on July 6th, 2012 at 10:51 PM
I feel very accomplished to say I've completed 10 days of vlcd, 13 injections. No cheating at all and no emotional eating urges! I work with a bunch of girls who eat off and on in front of me, mostly pizza delivery and what-not. So work is my time to be on my guard and practice social activity without subconscious eating going on...

Had a .8 on loss this am

Having some difficulty with my hcg order, I want to start with a fresh vial once I hit 3 weeks. Might have to

Delicious P2-approved bbq chicken dinner!

by Saria171 on July 3rd, 2012 at 04:42 PM
just had an absolutely delicious dinner! After I ate it I suddenly was excited for the next 31 days of VLCD!

BBQ chicken and fresh tomato

mixed 2/3 can tomato paste with a few T apple cider vinegar. Added 1 packet stevia powder (equivalent to 2 tsp sugar), 1 tsp chili powder, 1 T crushed red pepper and 1/2 tsp garlic powder, and sprinkled with celtic sea salt.

Put about 1.25 lbs chicken breast tenderloins in a pan. Sprinkled with sea salt, squeezed

R1, VLCD 7, still free of emotional eating

by Saria171 on July 3rd, 2012 at 02:40 PM
I'm very glad to say I'm on day 7 and still free of emotional eating. The urge isn't here. I'm avoiding stress as much as possible. I've been strictly following protocol and been hungry all week. I lowered my dose gradually to the min 125IU but that didn't help so today I raised it to 190IU. So far much better, just feeling the empty stomach is all.
I've had green tea every day up until
now but tried Oolong today it was a
nice change
