The end of January I started HCG on a slight whim. I’d heard about it- and found it on eBay for a decent price. It wasn’t until my PayPal transaction was complete that I began my research- and by the time my glass vial of homeopathic drops arrived I was well prepared with a fridge of food and an arsenal of information printouts from the internet.
A short while into my weight loss journey I found HCGdietinfo.com. I could ask questions, find answers, and do basic research to my

Dukan is trucking along.
I am down a pound after a total protein day- very limited dairy. Menu goes as follows:

SN: The other half of the taco meat
D: Salmon burgers (2)
SN: Sugar free jello and a diabetic friendly strawberry yogurt

L: 5 ounces London broil and a sugar free jello snack
SN: lunchmeat rolled with nonfat cream cheese (five… again…. I forgot to bring other snacks to work) and a cup of sugar free hot cocoa
D: 5 ounces London broil

Yesterday I did things a little different, though. I started out intending to do a shake day- where I consume two or three protein shakes and then eat a protein

(In case you didn't notice, this is a personal comparison between Dukan and HCG. I'm not giving advice to change anything)
Dukan, first weekend down!
Friday, Saturday, and Sunday are now under my Dukan belt. I’m still in the ATTACK! Phase, meaning I’ll only eat protein and fat free dairy until the end of this week.
I was nervous starting because I was afraid that the foods I’d be adding that are “Dukan friendly” aren’t exactly HCG friendly.
