    Awesome! yeah i dont have any complaints. a little hunger but im having awesome losses. Im realizing though that if you switch drops your prone to be more in favor of the drops that you used before you switched....i think its a mental thing lol i was stuck at 160 and then 150 and now im trying to push on down to 140 lol. Im also an accidentaly cycler (accidental because it just sort of happened) so im not totally following the timing rules and that could also be why i have so many set points. As a side note..the only thing im not liking is my belly. its shrinking but not nearly as fast as everything else. it almost looks like i have a beer gut. do you experience that?

    Hey girlie! Daughter graduated high school last night and we are moving in 3 days. I am stable on P3 at 256. I am even allowing for minimal carbs...still no bread just yet. How is P3 going for you? I will start my 2nd round mid June. Hope you are well. Will check in after a few days.

    HOORAY!!!! for you!! <picturing you running up the steps in Philidelphia like Rocky> You have done amazingly well. How proud you must be! You will pull off these last VLCDs like a pro! I have no doubt in that at all! I hope you will keep posting so I can see how you are doing in P3.

    ps I haven't heard of HCG flu I tell you what though whatever I had was awful. worse then either of my "tea" debacles.

    That is great that you are following your bliss and working on getting back into dancing!

    I never intended to get into dancing… I had been a martial artist for years and was very flexible though. My music instructor knew of an opening for a dancer and recommended that I go for the job because of my physical coordination. That first job led to others. Over the next few years I was employed as an actor/entertainer. I danced in many of those roles. I can’t say that I ever mastered any particular dance style, but I performed a little in each of these styles: folk, ballroom, Native American, modern interpretive, clogging, swing, square dancing, Scottish, and (my favorite) Cherokee firedancing.

    Your Chipotle trip has inspired me. I had to try something kinda like that too... so tonight I seasoned some beef (chili, cayenne, onion and garlic powders), tossed it in lettuce and parsley from my garden, stirred in some salsa and squirted a little lime juice on top. Ahhhh! It was heavenly! Maybe not the same as real Chipotle - but close enough. Thanks for the Chipotle idea!

When the weekend is a little too rough . . .

I have no idea where I am, LOL . Everything is pretty successful, never been over 2lbs above LDW, and consistently am set in the 155-158range. I'm not sure if it's TOM or that I didn't eat enough protein this weekend (realllllllly enjoyed myself), but I'm not feeling healthy today. Same today as yesterday

I'm 2.4 below LDW, and the same weight today as I was yesterday. I really didn't eat very differently, probably ate more almonds than I did the day before, but that's okay. If this is where I stabilize I will be very very very very happy!! . Last round I stabilized about 1.4 above ldw, so it's always nice to be under!

Having a good day, stomach stretching at the beginning of P3

Woke up to a .2-.6loss. P3 is so funny because the weight fluctuates SO much that a .6loss in the morning can be a 1lb gain later in the day. It makes me happy to know that I ended my P2 at the high end of the 155-158 range that my body apparently wants to be at so I can add things back in without going too high above LDW.

I am hesitant to write what I ate, but if I don't write it I can't track it - I think that was a downfall of my last P3/P4... So I will preface

First day of P3

I woke up this morning to a 2.2lb loss. No, I didn't eat Simeon's Protocol, not even close, but I did have mostly protein which was nice and the perfect ending to P2. Still in that 155-158lb range, which seriously is cracking me up. I am going to return to my P8 probiotics, but I think I'm going to tone it down at first and see if I only need like three capsules a day, one for each meal. Still going to continue the Mag Citrate for a while, but I also want to see if I can ween

Starting VLCD23

This morning I am taking my last dose of drops!!!! I am so stinking excited! I woke up this morning to no loss, my body is so happy in this 155-158 range that it is almost comical. I had a bit of mac and cheese last night, so yeah there could have been a loss but I'm just not worried about it. I just have to say again how much I love the 24hrs instead of 72hrs with Rx .
