It's been awhile since I've seen you post. Are you doing okay? What's going on? Do you need some encouragment?

Hi there from WY!
I was looking at your "about me" and thought maybe since we had a lot of the same interest and I am new at this hcg program too, that maybe this journey we could do together. I'm on day 4 of the vlcd and an pretty amazed already.
I have one adopted daughter from China, her name is Lainey. We have had her 2 and 1/2 yrs. Been married 23 years. We have lived in WY the last 15 years and love it. Love to fish, camp, hike, star gaze, craft, read. I too am an RN that works only when it's convenient (prn), and when dad is home to watch Lainey. We don't put her in daycare. She goes to preschool and will be in K grade next year. We have to dogs: a mini and a standard schnauzer, both black (Chico and Louie). I think that's it in a nut shell.
So I've been called crazy for starting a diet around the Holidays. Have you? With such a large family how are you going to handle it?
