The Boulevard of Broken Dreams.....

by scalephobia on July 1st, 2013 at 11:56 AM
Favorite Passtime - BOOK STORE WANDERING.

Those unfamiliar with my character, who make the mistake of allowing me to enter a large book store, soon discover the truth. I get lost. Completely.

I love the smell of books. New, old, lines and lines of them on shelves. Each one is a communication from a stranger. Information. Adventure. Some take on the world that's unique.

I love fiction, adventure, suspense, documentary, reference, books about stars and

HCG withdrawl?? What?

by scalephobia on June 18th, 2013 at 03:01 PM
Well - the last injection came and went. I recorded my LIW and started the final lap towards P3.....

I think I'm having withdrawl symptoms from HCG. Checked online for info. Nothing so far.

1. A bit depressed (no reason and no history of depression)
2. Fatigue (instead of the energy I had on HCG)
3. Sore muscles. As in "someone took a jackhammer to my insides while I was sleeping".
4. Stomach stress with slight naseau

HCG Bonus! Smaller feet!

by scalephobia on June 16th, 2013 at 09:51 PM
Has anyone noticed fat loss in their feet at the end of P2?

I didn't even think foot weight loss was possible. Shocked. Amazed. Curious if anyone else has seen this.

My feet started growing fatter in my early 30's - with only minimal weight loss. Tried everything back then to get them back to normal - massage therapy, soaks, special creams. I just figured the fatty tissue on the top was a result of age and gravity.

Last week - it changed.

The weirdest week ever!

by scalephobia on June 12th, 2013 at 10:20 AM
Last Wednesday I stepped on the scale to my delight saw 176lbs. Coming from 200 just a few weeks ago - well, I nearly cried with happiness.

The next day the same scale - unaltered - showed 179.9. CRAP. Nothing eaten off protocol. Body didn't feel any larger. No bloat. No TOM.

I held that 179 (up and down from .1 to .9) til Monday morning. BUT my body is just getting smaller. A little bit every day. Doesn't matter what the scale says - my clothes are saying other things.

Ribs on P2 - mmm.... the best!

by scalephobia on June 6th, 2013 at 11:50 AM
It started with a roll over in the morning.

Me - rolling over in bed.

I felt something was wrong. In those dozy moments just before waking up though - I couldn't figure it out. Had I fallen asleep on the book I was reading last night? Was there something in my cushy matress that shouldn't be there? A broken spring maybe?

Whatever it was, it had to go.

As my mind was coming to and the world began to focus, I reached under my side to
