    So sorry I just got this message. I am not even close to phase yet. I am in the middle of my fourth week. I "plan" on doing 42 days. The third week was VERY tough for me. Only a 1 lb net loss. So upsetting. My husband is also doing this with me and is doing AMAZING! I see such a difference in him. He is now down 30 lbs! I did finally get the first genuine comment this week at work. I don't see a difference in anything but my face though. So what weight did you start with and where are you now. Also, how many days did you do or are doing? Onemore question.....I have been seeing that poeple are having huge success with doing 4 week runs back to back. I have been thinking about doing that too since most of the weight it lost the first three but they say the longer the run the more successful we are at keeping it off....your thoughts?
