So, down 2.6 this morning

super excited about that, definitely works as a motivator! Hoping that in the first week I can lose around 5-7 more. Cannot wait to be in the 190's!

So, after my cheat yesterday I felt like crap, I wish I could bottle that feeling up and then everytime I see a cookie or chocolate or cake i can remind myself how bad it makes me feel afterwards.

So after reading through a few threads I found that a lot of people found chicken

So today was not such a great day

Although I wasn't feeling hungry I cheated, and it's only DAY TWO!!!!!

I haven't been able to weigh myself since a few days before loading, as the scales have been borrowed by a friend (should get them back tonight hopefully!!) so I think i'm just lacking motivation.

So I've been going to the gym several times a week and want to keep up this habit while doing the HCG diet, but I'm a little concerned about the amount of calories I'll be eating.

Has anyone found a way to factor in intensive exercise with this diet? I know for my body to repair itself afterwards it will need more protein. Can I up my daily protein intake to help without impacting my weight loss?

Any help would be great, thanks!!

Okay. So this is the second time around that I am trying this diet. The first time I stopped after several days due to wayyyyyyyyyy to much stress from uni and exams.

I've just started my summer holidays, so now have the ability to commit the time and effort needed to make this successful and to stick to it!!!

My current weight is 95kg and I'm hoping to get to 80Kg within the next year

My only major problem with this diet is telling my parents.
