  1. Hey there! Been following your blogs since your last round (we were doing it at the same time). Then I was off in Europe for a few weeks when you started and ended your short round. I am doing (hopefully!) my final one. 21 days and just like you, it is tough for some reason. Oh well .. 7 more days to go and I decided to end this wherever it may be and be happy with it. Learning about nutrition, what is good for ME and what not is next .... along with the personal trainer.

    Anyway, this was a brief intro ... but the question I have, somewhere oh somewhere you mentioned PB2 or something like that. I researched and it is something like a powder PB but less fat. Have you tried it? Do you recommend it? I know you replied to someone on the blog, but can't find it now.

    Hope all going well in P3/P4 for you ... ultimate goal is to feel happy and peaceful at any point of time knowing you are exactly where you need to be and not wishing for more.

    Hey! So far I haven't found one food in particular that makes my weight go up the next day. It's when I eat a few bad things in one day I go up like 1.4 the next day. I did have a 3/4 of a sushi roll and half and avocado summer roll last Saturday for lunch and only went up .4, but I'm on P2 so it's to be expected. The milk kefir seemed to be much more ok than the homemade coconut milk kefir in regards to losing weight. Somedays it works, somedays it doesn't. It's not hard to make on your own at all. If the starter kit you saw comes with grains, go ahead and try it. You can order them from culturesforhealth.com too. When I hit P3 I definitely plan on sticking around and continuing my blog. I have a feeling I will be doing another round in October before the holidays so that I don't get pissed at myself for gaining weight. Haha. Anyway, if you ever need anything or have a question, feel free to message me ;-)

    Hey girl!

    I'm not sure. I have not froze them as of yet. I usually eat them up before then, lol. The only thing I'd be concerned about is how fast you eat them once defrosted since moist oopsies get moldy. I learned that long ago storing them in a plastic bag for 2 days. I had made a lot of them thinking I was being smart making them ahead of time and boom next day mold. But doing some research online says you can freeze cream cheese in baked goods, meaning it probably is ok to freeze the oopsie rolls. You can freeze cream cheese, but once defrosted it won't be creamy, more crumbly.

R2P2 - day 18

I'm stopping this round. My head is not in it currently. Last night I had a salad because I was starving!!! (2 HB eggs, lettuce, spinach, cucumbers, onions, alfafla sprouts, olives, brocolli, cauliflower, a small amount of ranch and a small amount of EVOO.) Day 16 (update)

After a lack luster 2nd week, (lost 1.8#), I've already gained it back. So, week 2 = totally pointless.

Yesterday, I felt drained of energy, exhausted, and just needed to lay down. So I left work early and instead of eating my yogurt, I ate a turkey burger w/ fries (and OJ and apple juice). I just wanted to eat something of substance, and go home and sleep. It seems 3 pellets 3x a day is working better, but I just felt so weak yesterday. I get up and have to grab something stable

Wow, day ten already. So, zero loss and I'm okay with that. (Currently 159.8) Today is the first day to start implementing the cayenne fruit extract. I got some MIO liquid water enhancer (zero cals) berry pomegranate to add to my cfe water so I don't die when I drink it. I have been meaning to take a shot of ACV every day but it's just so yuck I have a hard to talking myself into it.
