I'm stopping this round. My head is not in it currently. Last night I had a salad because I was starving!!! (2 HB eggs, lettuce, spinach, cucumbers, onions, alfafla sprouts, olives, brocolli, cauliflower, a small amount of ranch and a small amount of EVOO.) And because it was a salad bar, I continued to eat. Obviously I was listening to my body and giving it want it wanted. After a lack luster 2nd week, (lost 1.8#), I've already gained it back. So, week 2 = totally pointless.
Yesterday, I felt drained of energy, exhausted, and just needed to lay down. So I left work early and instead of eating my yogurt, I ate a turkey burger w/ fries (and OJ and apple juice). I just wanted to eat something of substance, and go home and sleep. It seems 3 pellets 3x a day is working better, but I just felt so weak yesterday. I get up and have to grab something stable
Wow, day ten already. So, zero loss and I'm okay with that. (Currently 159.8) Today is the first day to start implementing the cayenne fruit extract. I got some MIO liquid water enhancer (zero cals) berry pomegranate to add to my cfe water so I don't die when I drink it.I have been meaning to take a shot of ACV every day but it's just so yuck I have a hard to talking myself into it.
