    Hey girl how have you been? Did you start another round or are you taking it easy for a bit? My wedding is next Friday! Ahhh! We probably won't be able to do a big honeymoon But thats ok, we'll save some $$ hopefully. I'm loading the week after the wedding (hopefully start p2 around Oct 7 or 8th) for one last round to get to my goal...hopefully I don't gain to much loading.. I hate that set back. Hope to lose 13-15 pounds and start p3 around halloween. How have you been stablizing? Anywho, hit me up if you need some motivation/some one to chat with. This blog really helped in round 1 so I hope to use it during round 2. I'm hitting up some of the people I chatted with in the first round because ive been mia on here. I check in but I dont blog much because im boring, just maintaining. I have days 3 pounds up, days 3 pounds down. I'll be more active in p2 again

    how p4 for you? have you tried anything new? Today is my first day and im not really adding yet. I want to try sf coffee creamer ..im even afraid to take a vitamin i want to take because it has dexatrose in it, lol. I think im going insane. i bought sf protien bars and sf granola ( really good) putting like a tbsp of it on my fage today, big time stuff, lol. What about you?

    We must have written about making our own yogurt around the same time! LOL

    I even added cream to the 2%, so I was brave. ;-)
    Excited that I just weighed and it shows my night-time weight less than last night so I have hopes it will be down some tomorrow. I was expecting it to be up a little actually, so we'll see.

    I use xylitol and it tastes like sugar to me, but I wasn't using much sugar at all before hCG.. just a teaspoon in morning coffee... oh yea, and hazelnut creamer (which is sweet, too), sooooo....

    I hope so far, so good with the FAGE. Chalking up the increase to TOM. I did have 1/4 cup of macadamia nuts today....
    OK. time to get ready for bed. What a day. I'll tell ya later.

    We should get brave, Shannon, and make our own Greek yogurt. Some of the folks on another thread I'm on have done that.... A LOT less expensive! I am still 'testing' out FAGE to see if it suits me or not (not gain from it), but of course, TOM arrived and who knows which caused this 1# gain this morning. I bet it will be up a little tomorrow, too, if it behaves like it did on the last cycle (22 days ago!) Argh!
  7. So glad to hear you went back down and yes I think it was just the transistion into phase 3 cause that is what happened to me too. I was down .8 from LDW Sunday morning and today am .4 under LDW and am adding things in every day or so. Yesterday I ate half an avacado on my salad for dinner and it was wonderful Have a hard time staying on an eating schedule and drinking my water on the weekends but hanging in there pretty well. I did beef almost every night for dinner in phase 2 and did great with it. I make the cocoa crack but with out the coconut oil, just unsweetened bakers chocolate and vanilla cream stevia drops. Can't seem to find the coconut oil or fage where I live or within a 40 mile radius of where I live and am getting very bummed out about it cause I would really like to have some fage!

    I really watch the sugar and ingredients. I will maybe add lean beef this week, should be ok, its 93/7..but i never have done beef in p2. im going for a taco salad on wed. i am hoping to also try a bit of pumkin in my fage..and i bought almond butter and did a tiny tiny bit. Just making sure to weigh everyday and right it down. im going out of town to my parents friday and staying til sunday, im bring my own dressing and my fage, and maybe my scale, lol. How sad is that?? Hope i wont need a correction on monday. How have you been with everything?

    aww thats so nice of you. I did come down, i weighed a bit later on sat..but it was def down and then some. I eat coco crack on friday and more protien, and i actually thought id be up again, was literally ready for an fff day on my bridal shower day, but i was good to go! I got a new scale im in love with, and am still around .5 form my lwd. Ill take that. I think (hope ) that first initial up was from the transition to p3. Im still being very careful and adding thinks slow, but i do fage, protien shakes (both i did in p2 as well) i have had some nuts, a tiny bit of feta on a salad, cococ crack (which i honestly think is what helped me co down. I have two very lil pieces (about 100 cal and 10 gram fat) per day. I upped my chicken to like 4-5 oz (seems like so much!) per serving.

12 days into phase 3

Well I am 12 days into phase 3 and am holding just a tad below my LDW, been bouncing between 148-148.8 and LDW was 149. The weekends seem to be the hardest for me to be able to get enough food and water in, just too much going on and too much running around. I do so much better when I am at work on week and can stay on a schedule and keep track of my foods that I eat to keep my calorie intake up. Back to LDW

So happy to wake up this morning and be back to my LDW and not having to do a steak or FFF day to get there. I was up 1.8 lbs above Monday and now back down........phew!

I am finally feeling like I might be getting a grip on this phase 3 thing but not gonna hold my breathe just yet...lol

New to the forum and first week of phase 3

Hi all

I am new to the forum although I have been stalking it for several months while I was in phase 2. Just finished up phase 2 with a loss of 33 lbs and started phase 3 on Friday. I am currently .6 above LDW due to adding too many new things in too fast, so backed most of it all back off yesterday and starting over today adding 1 new thing at a time. Phase 3 is definatley trial and error thats for sure and scary as all get out! I am now dreading getting on the scale every morning
