I feel almost like its worse to be so close to my goal. Ive been having more cheat days and I'm less motivated. I keep thinking... oh well, I'll get it off soon enough. Logically, I should want to just get it off and then I can progress to the next stages and then cheats won't affect me as much.
I feel like I'm holding myself back from my own goal. Has anyone else felt like this?
lol, so it looks like i wasn't the only only to give in yesterday. Started TOM yesterday and I was ravenous. I was doing okay all day, except for the whole dill pickle I ate (salt craving). But then once my hubby got home from work he wanted to run to the mall and get some new work boots. By the time we got home it was 8pm and i hadn't eaten dinner. I had made tacos for them (hubby and cub) earlier but my husband decided to wait til we got back to eat. So when we got back and i smelled the yumminess
1 cup of sliced zucchini (1/8 inch thick)
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
sprinkle of salt
Put all in bag and shake ingredients to make sure the zucchini is evenly coated. Then lay on baking sheet with wax paper. 475 degrees for 10 minutes.
I know some don't eat zucchini on phase 2 but I do on occasion, and this is a yummy salty treat.

So, I realized today that I am 29 pounds from have lost 100 lbs. over the past 3 years (on and off). I started out at 238 and got down to 208 using exercising alone, without food changes. At 208 in November of 2010 I started my first round. I am on my second round now which started at 177 and I am now at 167. Wow.
