  1. More Questions - Why do so many on here have all of these "rounds" they are going on? How many can you do?
  2. OK! I have questions!! I'm on Day 25 and have lost about 13 1/2 pounds. I still have more to lose. How much longer can I take my drops? Do I have to go on to Ph3 if I have more to lose? What about Eleotin Tea? I've neglected to buy it because it is soooo expensive. I've been following everything perfectly - still sugar cravings sometimes, especially around V-Day, but I've not indulged. Can someone tell me what Ph3 food consumption is - Ph2 was so easily adhered to - I'm a bit uncertain about all of this and looking for H-E-L-P!
  3. Another slight loss .6 lb. And also lost 2 inches off my waist (total - 5 inches altogether)! I seem to gain when I eat red meat. So, it's chicken/fish - fish/chicken, with varied vegetables and my fruits for meals. It is so difficult to go anywhere - I don't know how I'm going to do this when I start back to work - a little concerned. To top it off - I work around where there's food all the time - in a dining room! Any suggestions?
  4. I wish there was a way to see "Before and After" photos of members on this site. That would really be a help us all. What does anyone else out there think?
  5. Day 15 - No losses of pounds for two days - BUT I took my measurements, and to my surprise, I've lost 2 1/2 inches - 2 inches from my hips and 1/2 inch from my upper arm! YAY! I am encouraged somewhat. I would still like to see more losses in pounds - to get down to the 130's on that scale! I'm still hanging on to the 140's. I just might be able to make it through this SuperBowl party after all. Yesterday, I only ate 1/2 apple instead of the whole thing. Walked two miles today to a DVD - gotta try to do something to rev up my metabolism, if I have one!
  6. I MUST NOT HAVE A METABOLISM - maybe that's why I can't lose anymore?! Gall bladder is gone since 1988. I wish I had known then what I know now. Those organs are in there for a reason!
  7. Doing ok, but there's a bit of a stall. I used Vitamin C moisturizer - maybe that was it? I'm having foot-toe cramps. They get stuck and I can't stop the cramp. Thought maybe I should take some of my minerals (capsule form) - so I took one tonight. I also ate an apple - the whole thing - maybe that was too much - no other cheats at all - getting a bit frustrated - and it is sooooo tempting to see aisles of Valentine goodies everywhere - but I am determined! It is dangerous to go out! Drinking water like crazy along with tea (green and Yerba Matte) Total weight loss - 8.6 - R1P2drops - Day 14. Oh, no - SuperBowl Sunday is coming and I'm invited to a party! Yikes! I will take my fruit and such with me!
