    Hey shmeans!

How’s your HCG journey coming along? How’s the Blood Type diet?

Thanks for the encouragement, Sheila, it's so sweet of you. I decided to just do regular P3 for a week or 2 before I go back to the reset, even if I was so happy with the no hunger feeling :-) 'coz try as I might to convince myself, the scale number is really an issue for me especially since I didn't make it to goal this round. I'm pretty sure it's all psychological but I can't help it. Maybe I'm still too imbalanced from P2 to actually have the strength to accept the numbers. Rest assured, when I have wrapped my head around this, I will start over. Thanks again for the encouraging words, you are an angel! Good luck on your LR journey! I hope to be not too far behind you soon! :-)

    thank you very much
  5. Thanks for our support. I made it through last night with giving in to the cookies I keep around for my son. I keep telling myself ... "it's only 3 weeks" That's the advantage of short rounds.

Hi Shelipoo!!!! So glad you stopped by my page to see about me. Thanks so much for all your wonderful words of encouragement. I do read our July thread everyday but don't always have time to post but best be sure I'm definitely in the loop! ((Hugs))

I think it's good to keep it a bit open ended for an end point. Listen to your body.'
If you stabilized well in R1 I wouldn't change a thing

Oh no.. I have gone 60ish days. I said "all of my rounds were at least 40 days".

My P2 days were as you see.. 42, 54, 48.. but my last round was a lot longer.. 64 days, but it was because I wanted to be at goal and maintain that weight for several weeks while still on hcg and eating P2 foods.

I did see your crazy shrinking post. P&I talks about the 34lbs or up to 40 if you are very overweight, although some people have wondered if he'd think the same for the larger obese around these days.

All of my rounds were at least 40 days. You could certainly go 50+ days with no issues.
