Gotta love the first week of P3. Makes me a happy camper and makes it easier to keep going. I'm still following the Simeon's OP and so far so good. I know this is all water weight after the carb heavy vacation, but I'll take whatever I can get. Gonna keep on keepin on.

We went on our epic Wagons West trip to Devils Tower, Yellowstone, Grand Tetons, and finished our trip going overlanding in the Medicine Bow National Forest. It was amazing. I gained a few pounds due to eating high-carb shelf-stable camping and backpacking foods. I have already lost a couple of those few I gained. I routinely got 15K to 20k steps each day so my gains could have been MUCH worse!

Came home from camping and all was well. Yesterday morning, I was the exact same weight as I was last Thursday before I left for my trip. Today I am up a pound - however, I did my WI 2 hours earlier than normal as I'll be getting up really early all week. Might be a factor, dunno. I did eat a lot of pork rinds yesterday - had serious "crunch" cravings, so the sodium probably kicked my ***. Ugh.

(Sigh) I am half way through this round of P2 and am only down 3.8 pounds. I didn't measure and I wish I had, as I"m pretty sure I have lost some inches as my clothes feel a bit different. Oh well, next time. Regardless, we leave today to go camping and I'm READY. I'm READY to get the heck outta Dodge. HCG-friendly foil packet meals are prepped and in the freezer, ready to go in the cooler right

I got a new scale, so my WI might be a little off. This new scale measures a WHOLE LOTTA things, not just weight and it bluetooth's to my phone and syncs with my Fitbit and CarbManager app. Kinda cool!
This is the last day of week 2, and I've only got 16 days left in this round before our vacation. It's time to really buckle down and break this stall I'm going through. Every single round
