Sounds like a good plan to me. I know for me I have to watch sugars and carbs in general. Congrats on being so close to your goal! That's awesome. I'm pretty close myself. Good luck to you in the future as well!
Hi April, I am nearly at the end of my second 21 day round of p2. I haven't lost much on this round as first round (only 3 kg) however I am not surprised considering how rogue and how close to goal I am. I probably shouldn't have bothered with hcg this round as my weight is so stable on Paleo and if I drop my calories slightly and strictly stay away from dairy, I get the same weight loss. I fluctuated up and down on my first round until I discovered dairy and eggs were the culprit after which I steadily lost. I am only 2 kg away from goal anyway and am feeling so good that I am thinking maybe I am a bit silly to be bothered by the last 2kg just so I can see a rounded number on the scales. I am sticking with Paleo for life as I feel so satified on it find meals really easy to prepare. After all my years trying hundreds of diets, final one being raw vegan (heavens above!) before I started hcg, I can say that Paleo feels like my spiritual home!! Good luck with round 2.
hi there. saw your posts on the rogue thread. just wanted to say hello and paleo is the way to go. also I eat nearly 300 more calories than what the protocol calls for. I have to or I feel starved. it seems that I can forgo carbs as long as my protein is up. anyway, just stopping in to see how your losses are going. I'm on round 2 P2. -April
