Biography:
Hi! I'm Mari and this is my second round of HCG! I finished my first round last May losing 11 pounds after plateauing for ages on Weight Watchers. I maintained 2 pounds below my LDW with a low carb lifestlye, and I lost my last 15 pounds in January 2013!

I had a rough first round, with a lot of cheating, which definitely impacted my losses, but this past year taught me so much about self control, healthy eating and exercise.

I switched from hHCG to pellets, and I'm so excited to stabilize at my new healthy weight! I did a perfect-on-protocol round this time, and stabilization has been so much easier so far!

I'm doing a slightly atypical P3 from what I've seen people do on the boards, and its working wonderfully. My biggest goal this round was to phase out of the super low carb lifestyle, and begin a new, well rounded and nutritionally balanced way of eating! Hello Everyone!


I'm back, and still doing well! Today is P3 Day 12 for me, I'm almost half-way through and stabilizing! Sorry its been so long since my last update, but life catches up with us sometimes.

I've been maintaining within about 0.2 below to 0.6 above my LDW of 116.4...

Hello My Fellow HCG-ers!

Today is Day 2 of P3, and things have been going well so far! I've been keeping in my apple, and not going as high in fat as many typically do. For P3, I'm going to be tracking my Calories and Nutrients in order to monitor what is working best, and to make sure that I'm building a well rounded way of eating that will make my transition into P4 and beyond as easy and natural as possible. Ending My Last Round: A New Beginning!

Hello All!

Well, although I'm not at my original goal of 115, I decided that my morning dose of HCG was going to be my last, and that I will stabilize at 116.4 pounds!

Happy Monday Everyone!

Well, I'd like to start off by commending everyone who braved their SuperBowl parties and fought the temptations. I, for one, holed up at home like a big ol' chicken. ROUND TWO: First Round Mistakes and How I Plan to Do P3 Differently This Time

Hello All! Well, today is R2 VLCD 20, and I have 4 more days left on VLCD, 6 left until P3! With that in mind, I've been giving a lot of thought to what I did right/wrong last round, and what I'm going to do differently this round with that knowledge.
