    Hi Skye! Yup. I'm from BC but I had a horrible winter and gained back so much weight. Not the diet's fault; mine. I am going away on a cruise this week but when I get back I will be back at it. Would love to team up with a fellow BC girl.

Lost 64 lbs on Dr. B's diet, then gained it back, lost 14 pounds in 7 days on the Food Addicts plan - felt like I was losing my mind with no carbs/sugar had to go off of it and after that I was never so hungry in my life! Now I am going to try the HCG way of life, my Naturopath says it will work wonders for me. Wish me luck!
