So I broke down and picked up the Melba and had two pieces, I didn't know this was a big no no till I researched it. Ive also been having cottage cheese and strawberries for dinner. Im down again today .07 ounces. So my first week total is 9.3 lbs. I can't recall what I lost the first round, and this would of been better if not for the binge I had on Wednesday! My meal of the day today is steak and cabbage, cabbage seems to give me a full feeling and its a lot of food! Hope everyone is doing well,
So yesterday I tried two new things in one day and still had over a one lb loss this morning. I tried lean ground beef and cabbage(delish). Then for dinner I had fat free cottage cheese and strawberries. Both were yummy! ANyhows just wanted to document that both were ok for me. Today Im going to try Broccoli. Hope everyone is doing well!
Morning anyone who may possibly be reading my rantings. Im moving along and down..down 1.5 this morning. I slept horribly last night but I think its because I didn't take an Ambien and now my mind doesn't know how to put its self to sleep. I was pretty hungry yesterday, my drops are to be taken only twice a day but Im not sure thats going to cut it.
Today I brought more food, I packed a very small oblong tomato (which I don't really care for) a salad, an apple and some chicken. Anyhows
So I did this diet the first of the year and did well, but like a lot of people I didn't maintain. Ive tried to do it again twice since then, but just did not have my head in the game( a requirement) So this morning was my second day/first way in since 500 cal yesterday and I was down 4.1 lbs. I don't know what I weighed yesterday or prior to loading as I was just so disgusted at my creeping weight. The weight Im comparing this mornings too is the one I took last night because I needed a number.
So i was down only 4 ounces of my 2.6 lb gain today. Let me tell you yesterday after the cheat day I literally felt like ***. I felt lethargic, upset tummy and just plain weird. I could not get home fast enough yesterday after work. I went to bed early and even dreamed that I woke up to a 2.6 weight loss![]()
I have no idea how set back I will be by this cheat, prob a good week and that Sux.. Tomorrow is grocery store time. Time to refill the Tilapia.. Although I would have
