R1 (Oct 2012) Start weight - 169, LIW - 149.6 (30 day round)
R2 (jan 2013) start weight - 160.6 - 145 (LIW) 30 day round with 10 day planned interruption at 20 day mark
R3 started May 27 (maintained around 147-148 after R2) 156 after 1 1/2 weeks of loading!!! NOT planned, Grrrr!!

Back for round 3

Well, I'm back. I stabilized well after my last round after I accepted about a 2 pound increase and maintained within 2 pounds from there. I ended up trying the FAST diet...was hoping to drop more weight but, instead maintained. The FAST diet is 2 -500 calories per week and watch what you eat on other days. I would do really good most days but, would also have vacation/trip eating, special occasions, etc...eating carbs and was able to maintain...so I was happy.

Reporting in on my yogurt/steak day results

Well, not real pleased with the results...1 pound loss. So, I'm still 4 pounds above my LIW...UGH!!! One thing though is that I am VERY sore from my workout yesterday so I could possibly be hanging on to some fluid due to that and I had 1 glass of wine last night (still had great losses with a glass of wine on steak days in the past)...I've eaten clean today, drinking water and I'll see where I'm at tomorrow. If I'm still up, I may do either a steak day or chicken thigh day and maybe add some

Well, I've made it to p4 and had been hanging in at 1.5 -2 pounds above my LIW...last week I had a few indulgences and tried several steak days but, I just could not seem to make it to dinner without eating...this weekend I had a few more indulgences and now I'm 5 pounds over LIW...NOT GOOD!!! Anyway, today I'm trying a Greek yogurt with berries/steak day...we shall see how that works. I couldn't find any full fat Greek yogurt so I had to get non-fat and I added HWC with some blackberries...it

Well, I decided to end my round...I was just having trouble sticking to it since coming back from my ski trip/planned interruption. So, I decided the best thing for me was to end the round, move on to p3 and maybe later, I can get my head it it and start another round. Another thing that was making it hard is that my clothes are fitting better, I'm back in clothes that I couldn't wear and I'm really feeling pretty good. Back on P2 after my planned interruption

Well, I'm back!! I had a wonderful ski vacation...LOTS of snow and skiing!! I got home late on Saturday and my weight was up 6.8# on Sunday after my planned interruption!!! I always swell when traveling so, I knew part of the gain was from that. Most was from not sticking to P3 foods though!!
