Hi there readers and HCG losers,
my second round went rubbishly, on the 27th of April i descided to drink masses of alcohol, eat what i want and generally forget i was ever on a diet. i thought to myself 'well i'll just lose it all again' little knowing how much i stall on these things.
so nows its May 1st and my period has arrived. i just want to get back on protocol, i dont want to wait 5 days, i feel like i'l just gain more weight.
