    Hi Smallclone, I have had a similar issue with being able to stablize. I am 5'2 and 235 lbs! I have been struggling to keep under the 2lbs lost. I dont have any suggestions since the steak day or apple day helps but within 2 days it is back to an apple or steak day.

weighed in at about 60kg i think thats about 10st before I started HCG. that was my heaviest and i didn't realize i was just getting fatter. I was desperate for answers, i dont know how i stumbled on HCG but as soon as i tried it out, i was hooked. Not believer at first but as soon as the weight dropped, my mind was set on keeping this my number 1 idea too lose weight.

Hi there readers and HCG losers,
my second round went rubbishly, on the 27th of April i descided to drink masses of alcohol, eat what i want and generally forget i was ever on a diet. i thought to myself 'well i'll just lose it all again' little knowing how much i stall on these things.

so nows its May 1st and my period has arrived. i just want to get back on protocol, i dont want to wait 5 days, i feel like i'l just gain more weight.
my plan is to just go back on
