    Hey girl where ya hanging out these days??? I am talking with Brenda and christine now on facebook and keep intouch that way.. Miss ya Karen!! I had started yesterday hcg again and well you know my first day sucked haha and drank too!!! and well I lost a pound!!!! hahaha only me I thought I really screwed it up LOL !!!     Hey! It's so cool that you found me, I'm getting so doubtful of myself. I will totally be your buddy! I'M SO STOKED! I had a loss of just about a pound this morning, I'm at 148.2. My goal right now is 140, but if I can get there without eating my arm I'll make it 137. :b how about you buddy!?

    Ok so how you doing Karen?? So I spent over 100 dollars today on good healthy food and lil of the bad food and all my vit's and I am starting Monday... tomorrow so I will keep you posted. I am done TOM so now I can start my diet LOLOL Tom says haha that is nice he is on skype with me now and it is just so funny. So Loading tomorrow just have to figure my schedule for the drops 5 d 6x a day....

2 egg whites + 1 whole egg scrambled = 120
1 tbsp butter = 100
2 tbsp oil cooked broc in = 240
2c. broc chopped in eggs = 60

approx 5oz salmon = 300?
1 tbsp oil on salmon = 120

THEY ARE FRIGGIN AWESOME AND TASTE JUST AS GOOD AS SOME STORE BOUGHT ONES I GOT FOR $7!!! WHILE THESE MAY COST WHAT 25 CENTS TO MAKE THE SAME BATCH AMOUNT.

"Maintenance Phase (P3) Crustless Pumpkin Pie recipe: 15 Minutes to Prepare and Cook
Ingredients: 1 3/4 cup (1 small can) pumpkin, 2 eggs,1 c fat free milk, 2 tsp, cinnamon,1/2 tsp ginger,
1/2 tsp nutmeg,1 c no calorie sweetener (one that measures like sugar)
Directions: Put all ingredients in a microwave safe bowl. Beat with a wire whisk to mix. Put in
microwave uncovered. Cook on high for 8-10 minutes, depending on the power of your microwave,

Minute Muffin

1/4 C. Flaxseed Meal or Almond Flour
1/2 Tsp. Baking Powder
1 tsp. Cinnamon
1 .5 - 2 tsp Stevia
1 Egg (I withhold a bit of the yolk and like it better)
1 tsp. butter, melted

Mix dry ingredients in a mug. Add butter and eggs and beat until smooth. Cook in microwave for 50sec - 1 min.

Variation add almonds, pecans, addtional cinnamon, or nutmeg to the top!
