    I noticed on the forum post that you switched from drops to injectable hcg. Did this make a difference in your hunger? And did it improve your weight/fat loss? Thanks!

Well I am down to 163.4 today and 11% Body fat!!! I am soooo excited!!!

I will finish off the rest of my injections (about 3 to 5 days) and start the transition to Phase 3. I had been on a 10 day stall and I tried someof the chocolate crack mixture folks had talked about with coconut oil and cocoa powder. YUM! AND it took me right out of my stall. I dropped over 3 pounds in two days now.

So hunger was kind of a bummer yesterday but manageable. I will be going on the advice of Beth_M and hold for a few days at 130 IU and see where that takes me.

I did try the Shirataki noodles for the first time yesterday. YUM! Actually, they don't really have a taste but they take on the flavor of whatever you are making. The texture is kind of odd but I like it to slightly rubbery pasta with a slick feel. Odd, but good. They really do the job in filling you up as well. The version

More gains but lower dose

This morning I was feeling pretty good as far as hunger went. A little tummy grumbling to start with but breakfast cured that pretty fast. While I still had a little hunger after eating it wasn't nearly as much as previous days.
I decided to drop my dose to 130 IU. So far so good. I am still getting hungry but it doesn't seem nearly as bad as previous days/weeks.
I'll keep an eye out over the next day or so and see how I am feeling. I am guessing I may need to drop it a touch more though.

The end of the Skip Day

Well today was a skip day to gauge where I was at for dose. The day started out like any other with hunger panging away right after getting up. Meals were all on protocol and the tell tale hunger come around soon after eating. Later in the day though I was noticing the hunger was abating a little. I am going to see how I feel in the morning and make a choice on which way to go with my dose. I am siding on a reduction but want to confirm with hunger feelings in the morning.
