So I finally decided not to stress about going back and forth with the digits on my scales. I have finally figured out that all 3 of my scales (home, my boy friend’s house and beach house) show different results. I DON'T KNOW WHICH ONE IS RIGHT!!!
What I know is that I could fit my favorite size 2 jeans this morning without any effort. So I must be doing something right...
Had 2 extra apples yesterday, otherwise- stayed close to the protocol...
Last night we went to the Universal Studios Halloween Horror night (a theme park in Orlando). For those who don't know, this means a lot of walking until midnight and a lot of screaming un Hunted Houses (which , according to one silly article, makes you lose calories.
So last night for dinner and before going out, I had a double portion of protein and a lot of water throughout the evening.
Breakfast - 10 almonds and a tbsp of Half n Half with my coffee and a big juicy
Besides allowed food, I had 2 extra apples and 5 almonds for breakfast in the morning.
For dinner I had steamed Cod and chard.
This morning I have tried to lower the dose of HCG, because I am constantly hungry.
I have had an extra apple at lunch and strawberries after my dinner. I also had 5 dry roasted almonds as a snack. I fighting hunger all day.
Mu lunch was 100g of canned chicken breast and celery w Frank’s hot sauce. For dinner I had a piece of grilled steak and steamed Swiss Chard.
No gain and no loss in pounds, but I feel that my pants are more loose on me..
That how I felt yesterday. My scales broke, so I was not able to weigh and see the progress.
I know that I have ate clos eto 800 calories yesterday (extra protein and extra apple), however I walked on the beach 5 miles and burned around 500 calories as well. So I am hoping I didn't gain at least..
