Thanks That's awesome! Try not to over do it though. There would be days I would feel really good and do more then the next day be totally lethargic. I definitely think it helped with my losses and avoiding stalling

Hey girly!!! Well I'm frustrated today.. went up another 1.5lbs but I'm thinking it's because I was at the bottom of the bottle of drops and they weren't very potent at the bottom... who knows... just EXTREMELY frustrated... TOM was lurking... spotted for 2 days and now.. GONE.. so I don't know if that has something to do with it or not... today is a BLAH day for me!!
