    I had a rough first week with weight gain - but only ended up with a .6 gain and have been losing ever since! I have a hard time eating 1,300 calories - but try hard to. Last night - middle of 3rd week - I really was hungry and ate a bunch of fruit and still loss - .8. I know you’re not supposed to be losing - but I am eating when hungry - Fruits, vegetables and low fat beef, shrimp and chicken and salad dressing - low fat Blue Cheese and all together I have lost 4.8 while on P3. Today may be different - eating cheese and hungry again. I eat about a quart of Strawberries a day - not sure what I am going to due when they are out of season! Keep me posted!

Stuck in a rut!

So I have been stuck between 160 & 159 for the last 3 days. I am realllly trying to stay positive but its hard not losing since I lost 7 lbs the first week. I started @ 170 & my goal is 140 & I am very worried that this is it, that I wont lose anymore. Please help!!!!!

New Here! I need some Southern Comfort HCG approved recipes!

So I am currently on day 11 on phase 2/round 1. I have lost 9 lbs! Starting @ 170 I am now down to 161. I am having trouble coming up with meal ideas. The thing is I am from Alabama, being Southern & having comfort food all my life that became my normal. Up until HCG I did eat a little healthier than some of my peers. Turkey instead of beef, no red meat at all! But I ate too much of it all! So if anyone has any good recipes with a little southern comfort twist I would realllllly appreciate it.
