    Hi,
    I was reading a response from you about excercise/lifting on HCG. I'm not sure if it was P2 or not but I have a couple of questions if you don't mind.
    If it matters-I'm male, 5'9, 320 pounds. I think my body fat is around 40% though I do have a large frame (big wrists, wide shoulders). I started lifting to bulk and strength train 2 months ago. I have been using creatine for 2 months now.
    Do you know if I can run creatine effectively on phase 2? I know it needs carbs to work most efficiently. I thought I could get around this with my apple snack.
    To keep my muscle gains, should I lift heavy? Do a lighter/maintenance workout or stick with what I am doing now?
    What shake are you taking that is P2 friendly (if you are taking one in P2). since carbs and fats are such a no-no I didn't think there were any protein shakes out there I could take in P2.
