    Hang in there! You can do it!
    I only had to do one steak day in my 3 weeks of P3 but I actually enjoyed my steak day. I ate FFF just for fun, but found it overly thick for my liking - and I'm a big Greek yogurt eater.
    I've heard that some people just naturally stablize 2+ lbs over their LIW/LDW, so if you feel like you contastly need a FFF or steak day, maybe your body isn't ready to stabilize at that particular weight.
    Most importantly, don't fret ... you'll do great! And, there's always P2 you can go back to :-)

    How's it going??? I'm loading today and tomorrow and going back to P2 Monday :-)

    Yes, I DID have a stall that lasted about 2 weeks! I floated between about .2 and .4 ounces above or below my previous weight. It was very frustrating, but it eventually broke and one day I was down 1.6 lbs. I was shocked! At taht point it was close to the end of my P2 so I didn't lose much after that.
    I've heard, though, that sometimes your body stops where it wants to stabilize. Just ride it out and when you get to P3 just do your best and get another P2 round going.
    I'm almost a week into P3, will go 2 more weeks, then jump back into P2.
    I'm doing a steak day today, thanks to 2 company paid BIG meals yesterday!!!

    Don't get discouraged ... I finally got past a hump this morning when I stepped on the scale. Whew! It was a nice way to start the last day on drops before cutting them off tomorrow and starting my 3 days on 500 calories without them.

    I soooo miss my Vegas Bombs and vodka. Haha! I've never been a beer drinker. The other day my friend caved and had a big Budlight and didn't gain. I'm like "WHYYYYY!?!?" because I know the second I so much as look at a drink, I'm gaining. Ha!

    I'm also with you on sniffing the foods I want. I did that all through Easter.

    Good job!!! Keep at it!
    I'm in the final stretch of my 40 day VLCD cycle, then three weeks on phase 3 and 40 more days after that.
    Currently "suffering" on a stall/gain period, but hoping to pull it back to normal and have a few more losses within my last week :-)

    What do you miss most? I miss cheese and chocolate!!! :-)

Hey Jill...I'm Stacie...well so far so good...just on day 2 after the load days..1st day was not bad...kinda struggling this afternoon...but I will take a small dose to get through it...I see your a rennie....I used to go all the time...haven't been in a while... and thanks for the encouragement I need it right now

Off the Reservation!!!

So I went a little off the reservation over the 3-day weekend...not super bad, but not good...Time to get back to it and keep focused. Hope you all had a wonderful holiday. I didn't eat well, but I did manage to get my workouts in for the most part.

Nothing new to post today...same as yesterday 175.2. I drop a little then stay the same for days...then a little more..then the same...do you see a pattern here? LOL

Yesterday was a good day for me. I am happy with the loss and hope it continues and I don't get stuck in another huge stall.

Ok...Now I am getting irratated...lol same weight AGAIN today. I know it will eventually go down...but good god...this is so annoying seeing the same thing every day!!! I'm not giving up...just venting... I'm going to change the batteries in the scale and see if that make any difference.
