I'm on Day 5 of Phase 2, I started my TOM yesterday morning with horrible cramps, but that's common from time to time for me.



I have been taking the HCG drops with out hormone, 100% hormone free, I understand that I should have purchased the one with the hormone, but wanted to give this one a try.



I've stalled since my TOM has started, I am discouraged, has anyone else had the same problem while being on TOM while on a hormone free product?

I am hoping to have great results as everyone else has, this will be a learning experience as well as a positive change! Wish me luck everyone!

Even though these drops aren't that great (taste wise) I guess it will have to be an acquired taste in due time
