    how r u, Stephanie? just wanted to say hi, like Amyjo! where do u girlz hang out these days? I am back in P3, I feel a bit more stabilized this time. I hope your P2 is going well, I have to go check out the Labor day loaders. I lost the weight I gained and hopefully reshaping now.

    Well, life happens, eh? You can only do what you can do, right? I just got back from a week of taking my daughter up to college, in the land of yummy treats. I definitely had my share. I tried to keep it low-key when I knew I'd be pigging out at a dinner or dessert or something. So far so good. I am a pound over LDW today. I'm really loving this hcg diet. I took my scale with me and weighed every day just to keep me accountable. I think that helped a lot. . . . plus drinking a lot of water. . . . Well good for you for getting back on the bandwagon.
  4. Well, I went on my vacation, and totally gained. I paniced when I got in the airport and saw that I didn't have many options and figured that I would be stressed this whole trip if I was already panicing just in the airport about what to eat! So, I went on a "vacation" with food. I gained 8 pounds and when I came back, decided to go another round. So, here I am, VLCD 4. Down 7.6 pounds! I didn't lose like this the first round. Maybe it is because I just recently put on this weight that it is coming off faster. *shrug*

    How is P4 going for you? Still hanging in there?
