    stephanie(im assuming thats ur name), Im not sure what Im doing computerwise, but I think Im sending u a message personally. Of course doing the measurements after the load makes sense.... I notice in some parts of the forum os a linear device with weights etc and BMI and other such things.... I need help navigating through all this...if ur up for it. I'm just finishing 4 12 hour night shifts...then I have 3 days off. I got ur resonse via my email, I dont know if I set that up or that is how it works. Where r u on the diet?

VLCD 2. Made it through.

So, VLCD 2 done. Harder than expected. I was hungry a bit, and had no motivation to accomplish anything. Hoping that gets better. I was proud of myself for maintaining the protocol all day. I'm horrible at cheating on diets usually. My weight loss this morning kept me motivated. Thinking going to work would be helpful to keep my mind busy. I've never thought about food so much in my life.

Working on loading day 2. Why is it that when I can finally indulge, I have no interest? Still feel like I have no clue if I'm doing this loading thing right. Sure hope I got enough in...Guess only time will tell. So excited to start for real tomorrow.
