    Hey Steve,

Thanks for letting me know how you are doing. Things are going good for me. So far, I have hit all of my goals for this round and I have about 9 more days after today on HCG. So, from here on out it is gravy. I might be able to lose 60lbs this round! I have to say though, I am ready for some breakfast!!! ;-)

Hi Steve, we haven't seen you for a few days and I wanted you to know they've moved the threads around a bit. The January Loader thread (and some of the others) are now in a new forum called "Groups" The P3 Lounge is in P3 forum.

About to start P2 again, I hope we can find you (I'll probably be on the April thread. Please stop by and let us know how you're doing.

That is pretty amazing! If I take out my firs three days of loss (18 lbs), that still leaves me at almost 5000 calories a day!

    Thanks. That does make sense.

I was talking to Jonathan (Quelson) and he said that he used a formula that was 3500 calories times the average daily weight lost plus 500! That is a lot of calories.

I imagine I'll shoot for 2000 to begin with and see what happens. However, I suspect that I will only add eggs the first few days and just double the meat portions that I am using on P2. After a few days, I'll add bacon, cheese, etc.

I am still not sure how far I'd like to go this round on HCG. I am only about 6.5 lbs from my hallelujah goal for for this round.
  6. Okay thank you so much for your support and encouragement it means a lot.
  7. Alright, awesome! Well I hope to be just as successful!
  8. Steve,

What kind of drops are you taking? I saw you posted on the chat that you lost 50lbs. in 6wks! Congrats! That is incredible! What brand of drops are you taking?

How many calories do you shoot for in P3?

Things are going well. Three weeks in and I am just under 46 lbs lost. That is pretty darn good. No hunger problems; only a little boredom with the choices.

Please let me know what the Dr. says. I will pray for you!

Leptin Reset (Kruse)

Unfortunately, some people struggle with stabilization. Weíre not really sure why unless itís because some fundamental hormonal issue isnít fixed, probably insulin. A neurosurgeon, Dr. Kruse, has a leptin reset plan that has worked for many of us in fixing that stabilization problem. It restores leptin signaling which brings all the hormones back into alignment. While this is NOT part of the HCG protocol, itís not breaking

Doc, this is a fabulous post! Could you clear up something? I do not believe in calories in/calories out. I watch my carbs but I do not count calories. And will not! LOL I could go on a rant about it. Iíve never seen you tell anyone to count calories while on the leptin reset yet youíve said calories matter when youíre leptin resistant. I took both of us off of statins and asked my doctor to recommend something more "natural", and she said to try large doses of niacin. Now we take 1000mg (two 500mg) capsules in the morning and 1000mg with dinner, as well as Pantethine
