VLCD 25: Technical issues

I was using an app to track my weight, measurements and body fat but today it decided to just POW! It reset everything to day 1 and none of my info is there. SUPER annoying. The good news is that I am slightly obsessive, and have it written down as well as tracking on a spreadsheet so "nyah!" to that app (though I do want them to refund what I paid for it).

I am down 1.4 from my last update! I have now had two days in a row of weight in the 140's so I am officially celebrating

Lotions and Potions

I am really looking forward to being able to use lotion again, as well as my fancy skin care products. Today's lack of any sort of "impressive" release had me a bit down. My mom just finished her second round, and her total release was almost 30 pounds. She started at the same weight I'm at now. I don't understand if I have more to lose than how come it's not coming off? Agh, anyway. Maybe tomorrow? I'm so hoping.

So far, I am LOVING the switch to sun warrior shakes rather than meat for the protein. I have only been using 1 scoop at a time, not sure if I should up that to 1.5 scoops to get closer to the 25-30g of protein that I would be getting from 100g of chicken breast or tilapia. Not to mention, when I planned out my meals for the day I came in quite a bit under 500 calories.

For the most part, my cravings for things like bread and pasta were minimal before I started hcg. I think my most common "vice" that is forbidden in P2 is a tie between red wine and coconut oil.
