I feel alot better, less pain, energy has picked up. Then again ginseng is helping too.
Bought some pcos tablets, D-Chiro-Inositol, more ginseng & another hormonal homepathic products that I have been doing research on the pituitary gland. Should receive orders soon. I'm still taking B12 shots & when it runs out ill just ask my doctor for more instead of buying ampules on the net.

Because of my health issues, injury I need to be off the hcg meal plan. As my body needs all the help with nerve damage, muscle cramping/spasms, chronic fatigue syndrome, low iron/white count, pcos & dying thyriod (etc) this diet is not good for this body of mine.
I have plans to go back on the high protein diet with veges and fruit, no bread, pasta. Don't eat bread and pasta. I love my eggs and have missed them greatly and my porridge ohhhhhhhhhh yay porridge. Mmmmmmmmmmmm.
This is the second time in writing this up, somehow when I go to a different tab it deletes everything I have written on this tab. Sucks.
Today I felt burnt out. I had to push really push myself. I googled a couple of things, went to the health store. Told the lady my symptoms; half Thyroid, which is dying, stressed all the time, trapped nerve on life side of hip. Pain. Anxiety, flight or fight mode. Not sleeping well due to hot feet at night. Apparently this happens alot to people
Early bird this morn. Up at 6am. Went for my walk before the heat increases. Any time after 9:30-10am it's HOT!
Did good with my food yesturday. Had sore back too.

U really have to ask urself each time u enter the kitchen, 'do I really need this food?" - nope! Makes u stop & think before u scoff/stuff ur face with food u really don't need.
