Goooood morning 
I maintained this morning. Two days, same weigh in number which means I'll be pleasantly surprised with a whoosh (sudden weight loss) soon enough. I think I will begin a regular gym routine beginning tomorrow. Nothing to strenuous but definitely some cardio or walking at the beach.
I have a wedding to attend in a month and though I wont be at my ultimate goal weight, I'll be at least 25 lbs lighter and that will show up in the dress I have for that

I've learned that the little losses add up to big losses at the end of a round so I'm very happy with this! 
Is anyone doing this in a rogue way? I have from day one and I've found that it's made it so much easier and less boring. I don't recommend it if it's your first round because you need that discipline to get the best results but for me, adding a few more oz of protein or even having another type of protein seems to give me greater losses.

After about 2 years I'm back to continue on HCG. I was able to maintain my 37 pound lost, give or take 5 or 6 lbs, for two years. Not bad.
I don't know if the same girls are here, will look a bit later. This time I'm using the drops under the tongue and I'm doing the 800 calorie diet although, as with before, I have nooooo hunger! I started on 3-31st and have lost 13.8 lbs. I realized that the 800 vs the 500 might be slower but I gotta tell you, there's not that much of a difference.

Morning,
Well I was right but the damage was not as bad as I thought. I gained .8 lbs so today will be a high protein day for me and hopefully by tomorrow I will have lost what was gained.

Another loss making my total from my first VLC day -13.2
I'm happy and I'll take it! I'm kind of iffy on whether or not I'll lose tomorrow because I did not have dinner. I was not hungry and when I looked at the time it was so late that I just could not get myself to cook anything. We'll see the results tomorrow. I don't think they'll be good. In fact I think I'll probably have a 1 - 2lb gain. It's funny how that works. I lose when I eat, if I don't eat, I gain.
