    I think at our age, I'll be 48 in July....it's not so much the number
    on the scale that matters but our size/inches.

    I'm also 5'2", at my heaviest was 215 and currently just under 126
    However the inches lost is amazing!
    I don't want to lose any more weight, but I know I can tone up/loss fat/
    tighten up the areas that are still a little "jiggly".

    Unfortunately we aren't 25 now and our bodies are completely different to back then.

    Hang in there.... R2 was very hard for me mentally - had a few cheats, ugh. Just keep reminding yourself that you will be able to enjoy all foods again and you're not missing out....one day at a time! You can do this! Even if you have to go hour by hour...you can do it!

    I hope this goes back to usang - I don't see a reply button, just a post button --- I think the key is to not give up and it will kick in ... I have had a few interruptions and this holiday it was very very hard to get back on track again - I had at least 4 false starts ... every day builds on itself - don't give up - it will click - sometimes you just have to fake it until you make it - the first week back on I am usually grumpy, tired and go to bed early to avoid the kitchen ... and find a group to post on lots as there is so much encouragement here.

    I think it is harder over the winter months, when we feel cold and want "comfort food".
    However, the best advise I can give is to remove the temptation, if it isn't there you can't
    eat it!
    Prepare your meals for a for days, so you can just grab what you need at lunch/dinner and
    it's already measured out and ready to cook/eat.

    Depending on how tall you are, maybe 127 is too low?
