thanks so much, i did get drops as backup, I read some of your post and some others that have been using the patch and it sounds like it could work, but mite need a little help from drops. I am loading now and will be on p2 tomorrow. thanks again.

hi, i'm starting with the patch on sat. this will be my third round but first time with patch. any advise or little things i should know. i am almost scared to try the patch because drops worked so well, but i have the patches and want to give them a try. thanks so much.

You are VERY welcome - I hope our little group can help you through your first P2. RE: Hormone Replacement - I couldn't take "regular" HR (gave me migraines) but have been on Bio-Identical "made to measure" pills/creams for 6 months and WOW!! What a difference. Hope the sleep patches help you as much as they have me. I want to hear all about your hcg patches as well, since my daughter and I will be using them in about 2 weeks.

Amen, Sister! And I'm in full menopause, so even with my bio-identical hormones, I would still wake between 4- 5am (hot flashes) and not go back to sleep - but with the patches, I do! Can sleep very deeply until 7am, when I get up to go to work. Used to toss & turn & feel flat worn out. Now most nights I get at least 6 hours straight. I'm going to try the hcg patches on my next P2 round as well (loading March 29) - I'd love to hear how both do for you. I post on the Lovely Loser thread/Homeopathic hcg - please join us! Hi, Susi - purchased my sleep patches from frequencyapps.com. I've had problems sleeping since high school (and I'll be 54 this year) - I was VERY skeptical of anything like a "patch" working, but for the past 10 years, I've bounced around from one sleeping aid to another (including RX meds), always building up a tolerance to everything within a year or two. I was resigned to going to a sleep clinic when I happened to see someone else on this forum rave about the sleep patches (God Bless'em!). I didn't have anything to lose and thought $45 was worth risking . . . and so glad I did. They don't make me go to sleep - I still take Melatonin & Valerian Root to get sleepy - but they help me sleep longer & deeper.

Thanks - I am so happy with the results of HCG!! It's literally changed my life since starting on November 3rd. Happy losing for you - celebrate every pound released - and get rid of clothes once you fall out of them.
