    Hi Suzy, I saw a message you left for someone asking about melbas. It is the response that worries me. It's fine to drop the melbas/grissini, that's not what I'm referring to. I must tell you that I was not reaching 4oo cals either on some days. I was not hungry at all and I thought less cals would equate to more weight loss. WRONG! I was stalling and even GAINING! I blogged about it and several people told me to make sure to get the 500 cals, sometimes even 550! This is because if your caloric intake falls too low, the body will go into starvation mode and it will hoard fat rather than burn it. If you want to get better results, try an all protein day. Outside of tea, eat nothing but 500 cals in protein broken up into 5 meals a day. I've done 2 so far with good results. Planning another tomorrow. I may do one every 3rd day till the end of my round.

    thank you so much for your encoraging words they mean so much to me.
    So how has it been so far? I do have a question. I bought the Tom's deororant since its organic and Johnson's baby lotion what are some of the cosmetic products that you are using? also I have really curly hair wich I have to use moose and hairspray to tame it down do you think that will be okay since it dosent have oil in it?

R1P2D32: After 32 days, I'm only down 13 lbs. Only 2 lbs down from my 12 day stall.

I started at 150 lbs. 32 days ago, doing the homeopathic drops. I was hoping to lose at least 20 lbs for my first round. As of this morning I am only down 13 lbs, at 137. After my 12 day stall at 139, I still wasn't losing much. So, three days ago I did an apple day. The next day I lost 2 lbs and finally hit 135. Then yesterday I gained 1 lb. R1p2d28: After 12 days of stall, i finally lost 1 lb!

Geeeze!!! I finally got on the scale this morning and actually saw 138lbs! It's only 1 lb., but I'll take it. 12 days of being stuck at 139lbs. was really starting to get to me. I even stopped coming on the blogs here because it was hard to watch everyone else's progress. I intended to just allow my body to do what it needed to do, and stay focused and positive. I have still been feeling fine, and staying on protocol. I sure hope my body is back on the losing track now. We'll see.

R1p2d24: It is now my 10th day on this stall at 139lbs!

Yesterday I did all of the suggestions from you, my HCG friends. I got on the scale this morning and I just couldn't believe it. I'm still at 139lbs. My first week on P2 I lost 11 lbs. Then since a week ago Saturday I have not gotten below 139. Still on protocol. Still no cheating. Still drinking a gallon of water a day and no oils or sugar. Here's what I had yesterday:

Day 23: Sun. 2/27/11, 415 calories, 139lbs. -0
B: 1/2 grapefruit

I just spent about an hour writing a blog just to close it out at the end. I don't even know how I closed it out. I just know that now I really am frustrated. I was trying to write down everything I have been eating and doing. I've been completely sticking to protocol, and yet I haven't lost a lb. since last Saturday, a week ago. R1P2D20. Today is my 6th day with no loss!!!

I can't believe it! Last Saturday I hit 139, for a total of 11 lbs. loss for my first two weeks. The next day I went up 1 lb., stayed there for two days, then for the next three days I stalled at 139 again. That's 6 days of stall. It would be very discouraging except for what happened yesterday.
