all my HCG friends, I hope everyone is doing great for the past mother day weekend , for me it was a hectic and disaster. I ended up host a whole family for the mother day and did burgers and hot dogs for supper. I planned to eat only burger patty and added salad but terribly fell off the wagon when they brought in oreo Ice cream cake from DQ. OMG that freakin ice cream cake was so delicioussssssssssssssssss, and I have horrible habit of cheating, when I cheat, I cheat baaaaaaaaaaaaaaad,
Almost to the goal!! looks like this week, my weight losses are steady at 0.6 lbs a day which I am happy withI actually set my goal weight at 120 lbs but will try to go down to 115 lbs just for the wiggle room and I plan to do this round 40 days if I could. 10 more lbs and I am crossing my fingers that I can stick with the diet!!

Oh boy,,,Now that we have good sunny weather, it make even harder for me, all I am thinking only sitting out at the backyard with beers and snacks,,,,grrrrrrrrrr, and also all the fruit smoothie commercial on TV do not helpoh my hcg friends, i am so struggling right now to keep on track, yesterday, I found myself stared at those yummy cinnemon buns I made for my family and wondered how it would be if I just had a bit,,,LOL,,,I was shaking my head ,,, like,,, woke up woke up you are dreaming,,,
Yesterday I did 3 things that I thought might be issue for my gain, I ate grapefruit, drank Nest tea zero and had detox bath, and woke up with the 0.2 gain, so these will be on my list to try again some day in the next weeks, one at the time though. This is the beauty of keeping record, I don't need to wait until phase 3 to figure out what kind of food that I have issue with. I m not completely sure with grapefruit but vaguely remember that last time I had them I gained, so I shall see later.

I decided not to blog everyday coz there is not much going on here, spring finally arrived and we have such a good weather this week, happy to wear flip flop LOL,, anyway I will only record my stats unless any experiment coming.
