    you wrote me forever ago lol like a year ago about my comment on steak days, I just logged back onto this site.. yeah took me a good year to come to grips that i needed hcg again.. sorry I never respond..     I just posted this on the Keep Pushing On thread, but it will get you somewhat up to date:

    Yay! Back down to LIW.... not sure if it's the result of TOM subsiding, emphasis on protein yesterday, or the potentially ill-effects of the small amount of beans and chips consumed Wed night getting out of my body.....
    It was hard to believe that just seven days ago, I was 2# UNDER LIW. How quickly it can change, yes?

    So, I can calm down now.... LOL. I would like to cruise on and in the next week or so begin implementing the two/week protein days--for the purpose of losing the last amount of pounds. Even so, I am extremely happy over what I've lost since June.

    Hello Synthia! Here in P4 now, specifically Day Four.... TOM started yesterday and had me up 1.2#, but down today by 1#, so it's a work in progress. At least I am .6# below LIW. Just three days ago, though, I was 2# under LIW... How quickly things change! How about you?

    Reading several articles about gluten and M.S..... I really, really think we need to stay away from gluten/grains for A LOT of reasons. What do you think?

    Hi, again, Synthia. Here are a couple things that have turned my thinking completely around for what I thought I knew as far as weight management, but you are going to have to take the time to read/listen and see if it makes sense to you.

    1) Gary Taubes book, 'Why We Get Fat.'
    2) VIDEO: Bad science, big business created obesity epidemic

    The second one is about an hour, so be sure to listen when you have the time and are not distracted.

    Given this, I am going to try as hard as I know how to follow this in P3/P4.... we'll see how it goes!
