3 rounds of HCG - the only way to loose weight for me but cannot figure out how to truly stabilize as "the creep" is real. Usually after 10lbs up from my goal weight (137). I will do another 28 day round. Big believer in this positively resetting the endocrine system and focused on detox/rebalancing the system rather than just the number on the scale. All injections into stomach - HCG from Dr office, NuImage, CVS. currently HCG is from CVS.
I did my first round to loose the "pregnancy weight" after 2 years.
