I would love to have your recipe for Bleu Cheese Dressing. I have some protein powder, but it is something my husband bought and I think it is for muscle building. The last ingredient is sucralose... that is bad, right? That is so interesting that your son will be on my side of the world. What does he do for a living? I think it is so fun that you are getting married in Belize (though I am embarrassed to ask if that is Central America or South America :/). I know you will look great in your dress! You are the only person to answer this question so clearly! Thank you so much! I think that I am stressing when I should just go with the flow. Only one day did I see a jump of 2lbs in one day and that was after eating at someone else's house and not really knowing what was in everything I ate, even though I still kept to what appeared to be P3. I also think I was sabotaging my Protein Days with dairy. Live and learn! I just want so badly to do this right since it is the end of the "diet" and on to real life. I won't have any HCG available to me until I am stateside again, so I need to maintain well. I am supposed to start P4 on Saturday and I have yet to try any nuts or yogurt (though I have made the BEST Cocoa Crack!).

I actually didn't see it because you were the last one two write me a message and I thought it was the same one :-) One last question... do you think that I would be considered stable if I went up and down a pound everyday? Does stable actually mean same weight for days? I feel like I go up when I try something new and the only way to go down is a Steak Day, but maybe I am too quick to go to a Steak Day... I think I need to have my scale taken away from me for a few days... :-)
Tammye, you have to tell me how you are stabilizing so well! I can't seem to figure it out. I wonder if my HCG wasn't potent enough in the end and my LDW is set too low. I can't seem to stay even at 115 (my LDW is 114.6). I am actually getting tired of Steak Days and I LOVE Steak Days! I can't seem to add ANY P3 foods without gaining. I am going to go off eggs tomorrow. High Protein days don't even work. I am SO tempted to exercise, but then, that would just be me trying to lose weight in P3. I just want my metabolism to do its job. It makes me really scared for P4...
I am also in P3 and it is just like my last two rounds... I gain and gain the first week. I would lose the second week the last two times, so I REALLY hope that is the case this time. I have done one steak day and I am .2 away from needing to do another one. I am going to try lots of protein today and hope for the best tomorrow. I love the idea of a steak day, but our beef here in Russia isn't always the best, so in practice, it isn't always so great. I just have to remember that at this weight and even two pounds heavier, I am smaller than I have ever been and I am content. Thanks for letting me get all that off my chest! :-)

I don't know how this is supposed to work... if I am supposed to reply here or where you wrote... I am "forum illiterate"! Yes, it has been more difficult this time around because my family wants to eat healthy, too, so I am having to put extra thought into meals instead of throwing out the most convenient thing after making my food. :-) I actually found it cathartic last time to make banana bread for the family and at least got to smell it. We live in Krasnodar which is in the south part of Western Russia. We are near the Black Sea and north of Georgia. We are all Americans and we have lived here since 1998. Sorry about your chest cold... it is going through our family right now, too, and I am really hoping I don't get it. I have had a horrible headache all day today and yesterday. I am hoping it is not HCG related. I am on VLCD3. I never had that problem before, so hopefully tomorrow will be a better day. Hoping that for you as well!
Good Morning, Tammye! I am interested in the fact that you and I are at the same point in this crazy weight loss journey! I saw you in Grammy's Groupies and thought it would be nice to follow your progress. I turned 41 today and I have 5 kids (ranging 2 - 14). I am 5' 2". I started a little heavier than you last spring. I am on R3 and I was exactly same weight as you on my first loading day yesterday (128.2).
