I had to post my message in 2 halves because I got an error message saying it was too long.

I wish you the best of luck, and even though I don't feel that I can help you after all, feel free to be in communication with me about it if you like. I care about how your experience goes for you. And if you cannot figure out who to ask for advice I'd even be willing to take time to research this site for you and try to find someone with experience who can help you.
I would think that it would be best to divide the number of drops you are taking evenly over 3 doses, and to space the 3 doses pretty evenly over the 24 hours of the day. I believe that what you want is a constant even level of HCG in your system (without any variation), so whatever you can do to even it out would likely be helpful, but that advice is from my understanding and experience of subQ injections.
I'm so happy that your losses are good. I am quite disappointed with mine. So far I am a little below .5 lbs/day. I really wanted to lose closer to .75 lbs/day.

Oh Tammylayne, I'm sorry I do not feel qualified to make dosage suggestions for the drops. I only have experience with the subQ injections. I do strongly recommend getting some good advice about the drops though. Grammy only does the injections so she knows them best. I know there are others on this site with a lot of experience with drops who can help you get your dosage right. Dosage is SO important. That I do know from experience! I have seen mgsondance giving advice about dosage with drops, but she too uses the injections herself, so I do not know if she is the best one to help you. I believe the advice may differ a bit depending on whether you are using Rx drops or hhcg drops (homeopathic vs. oral HCG), so make sure the one you get advice from knows which you are doing. Also, some homeopathic drops do not contain any real HCG and do not work, but since yours worked for a while I assume that is not the case for you.

Hi Tammylayne, I'm glad it worked out for you ordering. You mentioned you wish you could get your dosage right. It has been challenging for me to get mine right too, but I think I have learned a lot in the process and I'd be happy to try to help you get your dose right if you would like some help. Of course Grammy is always very helpful with that too, so you might want to go straight to her, but if you want to explain to me what you are experiencing and what you've done so far with dosage I'd be happy to give you my advice, or at least my thoughts.
  5. Thanks so much Beth. How long should she stabilize before she can begin losing again? (without hcg)

I would suggest she go to P3 eating. No sugars or starches and definitely no fat free/light stuff.

Yogurt is best if it's Greek Yogurt. Check the protein shake for sugars. Knock of the bread, have real cheese, and more solid protein. 5 oz of solid protein in a day is not great.

What is she eating? She needs to eat a fair amount of calories to stabilize her weight. I would do a steak day first to drop her down. Make sure she's getting enough protein. She needs to avoid starchy carbs and sugars.

Feeling better today

by Tammylayne on March 7th, 2012 at 05:01 AM
R1P2D26-- I'm feeling much better today. I went to a nearby diet center that I've used in the past (not hcg) and got a lipotrophic B12 shot. That always gives me a little boost, also only had to take 3 doses of hcg yesterday. Got a good loss of 1.4 pounds this morning; it's really a net loss of .4 since I was up 1 yesterday but I'm still happy about it.
Hoping this is the beginning of a run of losing days.

Looked at the site where I bought my drops and it doesn't say that

New here

I've been lurking around this site for days seeking answers to about a zillion questions. I've found most of them. I'm currently on R1P2 day 25. I've lost 12 pounds. I'm using homeopathic drops. I started dosing at 10 drops 3X/day. I was starving so I increased my dosing o 10 drops 4X/day. I'm not hungry anymore but now I'm tired and listless. I'm taking potassium supplements so that's not it.
Also, I thought the weight would release more quickly.
Finally, do I have to go into
