I'm really sorry to hear about what happened to Doyle. He was so helpful for me, and patient... No one deserves to have their home raided in the middle of the night, with guns drawn. HCG a controlled substance? What class of drug is HCG anyway, and why would he be treated as if he had a meth lab in his garage. I don't understand... So unfortunate, and I can't discount my place in this mess as a buyer.

Yep, on again

I decided to restart... again.

My most recent journey (round 2) started with injections of HCG that must have come somewhere from Asia (China, I think) because I couldn't read the bottle. I trusted that it was fine, but what I noticed was, I was having terrible hunger issues. I changed around the dosage but finally gave up when I couldn't quite figure out what was right for me. Rested Hypothalamus

Just in case someone has been following my blog and is interested, Margie answered my question regarding whether or not I should add an additional 23 days from the date of my last cheat because my hypothalamus might need more rest. She said, if this is was my first round then I should definitely extend the round. But since it's my second round my hypothalamus has already rested and should be fine to end the round when I expected to (next week!).

WTH?! Dropped 3 pounds in 3 days??

I've been absolutely tortured this round. There was a cheat, and hunger that was so bad it actually hurt. In an effort to curb the hunger I started doing high-protein days: the allotted amount of protein plus enough more (like egg whites our a bite or two of chicken) to add up to 500 calories. I was also eating massive bowls of lettuce and ended my meals before 5:00.

And then, a three pound loss! Huh??!! I can't believe that!

Does Hunger Make your Boobs shrink? ;)

Frustrated because I'm just hungry... I'm thinking way too much about food which is what will make me go crazy and eat everything in sight. I also think it's not good for stabilizing. When you're hungry I think the metabolism is a little screwy. Oh well...

I did 5 pellets at 11:00, 5 at 2:20 and 6 at 7:00. I think the 6 was helpful and I'll try the 6 pellets for each dose tomorrow.

Also, last two days I did high protein. I dropped a pound since yesterday which is good.
