The Almond Herb Crackers are on a post from September 3rd, and the muffins were from a day or two before that.

I altered the herb cracker recipe just a bit - added about a 1/4 teaspoon of Xnathum Gum and additional water to make the ingredients stick together just a little better. Parchment Paper is a must for rolling out and baking. Wax paper works for rolling out, but sticks to the bread if you bake it. You can subsitute an Italian seasoning blend or similar if you don't have Herbs de Provence.

For the muffins, I just cut up strawberries because I didn't have any blueberries.
